These terms cover only this website and the waitlist form. When the TryEat app launches it will have its own terms — we'll show them to you before you sign up.
tryeat.app is the marketing site for the TryEat iOS app, currently in development. The only interactive feature is the waitlist form, which collects your email so we can tell you when the app launches. See the privacy policy for what we do with your email.
That you are at least 16 years old, that the email belongs to you, and that we may email you up to 3 times between now and the launch of the TryEat app — plus the launch email itself. You can opt out at any moment by emailing xettss@gmail.com.
We do our best, but: we do not guarantee that the TryEat app will ship, that it will be available in your country, that it will be free, or that any specific timeline applies. Plans can change. If they do, we'll email the waitlist.
This site is provided "as is." We are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunity arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything written here. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies, those statutory rights are not affected by this clause.
Everything on this site — copy, design, the TryEat name and logo — is owned by TryEat OÜ or its licensors. You may share screenshots and link freely; please do not reproduce the site verbatim or use the TryEat name in a way that suggests endorsement.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes that cannot be resolved by email go to the competent court of Yerevan, Armenia. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their member state of residence.
